Excellent City Stay
central locationrooftop barsound insulation
the location allowed easy exploration of the city. the rooftop bar provided a lovely setting for breakfast. i appreciated that the room included a kettle and a small balcony. housekeeping services were available and quite efficient.
i experienced considerable noise from adjacent rooms, disrupting my rest. the noise was comparable to someone speaking directly through the wall. this lack of soundproofing detracted from the overall experience.

The room looked somewhat worn. several areas showed chipping and scratching , indicating a need for refurbishment. the floor cleanliness was substandard . I noticed some hair present. the check-in process was not smooth , as the receptionist displayed a dismissive attitude.

the location was amazing near major attractions. the rooftop terrace provided a beautiful view during breakfast. the staff were very friendly and helpful during my entire stay.
the wall insulation was thin. i could hear some noise from building works in the restaurant next door. i could hear snoring in a nearby room at night.

I found the location very convenient near many restaurants. The rooftop terrace provides views of the basilica. Staff assisted with luggage storage when I arrived early. Parking was reasonably priced given the central location near the hotel.
My room was a bit noisy in the morning from hallway activity.

The breakfast was quite good. there was a nice selection of foods. i also liked the rooftop terrace for breakfast. It had views of the basilica and the castle. the hotel location was excellent. it was close to many attractions and restaurants.
my room did not have a balcony, though it was booked as a superior double. the pictures suggested a balcony would be included. cleaning staff and builders. the restaurant and rooftop bar were closed. i was not informed of this prior to my stay.

the location was excellent (right in the heart of everything). the room had a fridge, very convenient. the staff were also friendly and helpful with directions.
the bathroom had low water pressure in the shower. the bathroom door did not offer much privacy. noise from other rooms was noticeable, especially sounds of chairs moving.
